At JnanaSeva Educational Trust, we are deeply committed to spreading awareness and extending support to the unsung heroes who keep our cities clean and healthy—the BBMP workers. These frontline civic workers, especially sanitation staff, play a vital role in maintaining sanitation and public health across urban communities, often facing challenging working conditions and limited recognition despite their indispensable services. Through our initiatives, we strive to highlight their contributions, advocate for better working conditions, and encourage community respect and support for their invaluable efforts. By educating the public about the importance of dignity of labour and the rights of civic workers, we aim to foster a more inclusive and appreciative society where every worker is seen, heard, and respected.
